Then they went straight to penalty shootout.
Anybody knows why there was no over-time period? New rule again? So we had full 30 min OT, golden goal, silver goal... now no OT? The rules change too fast!

I've looked it up at Copa America's official website. Apparently the organization of the tournament decided this to be the rule of this tournament. (Obviously they don't need to explain why to me :P )
